Michael Switzer is owner of DesignWorks, an advertising design, illustration and photography studio in Charleston, WV. Michael is a lifelong resident of West Virginia and a graduate of Concord College, Athens, West Virginia.

Michael and his wife Ashley have four children: Morgan, Ryan, Mary Grace and Rebekah Ann. They are members of Blessed Sacrament Church in South Charleston.

An accomplished commercial artist, Michael has been honored locally, regionally and nationally for his work and has been featured in such publications as Healthcare Advertising Review, AAF, Board Report and Airbrush Excellence.

Michael has contributed his talents to many non-profit community based organizations including, Covenant House, the West Virginia Coalition for People with HIV/AIDS and the Family Enrichment Center.

Michael also donates his time coaching youth sports such as football, basketball and soccer.
